Just wanted to let you know that the rehabilitation/sealant work your crew performed on the precast exteriors at the Northwest Corporate center has been phenomenal. The leaking problems that we were encountering are now a thing of the past.
I also wanted you to know that your crew performed the operation in a very professional and courteous manner. That fact made my job that much easier and minimized the “concerns” of our various tenants at the complex.

I just wanted to express my satisfaction on the corrective cleaning and sealant application at the Sisters of the Holy Family Convent in Des Plaines.
As you are aware in the past we hade second application of water proofing sealant applied with disastrous results. The sealant made the 8 year old building look very splotchy and like someone threw milk on to the building. I appreciated that your company was able to successfully restore the exterior masonry surfaces to its original pristine appearance promptly and without inconveniencing our residence.
